Psalm 23 – Keith Green

I’m so thankful for the comments and input of others!  Eb, the Ecclesiastical Bohemian, told me that she remembered a version of Psalm 23 sung by Keith Green.  Thank you, Eb!

I always loved Green’s music and thought I knew all of his songs, but, regretably, I forgot “The Lord is My Shepherd” from his album, “Songs for the Shepherd.”   Though you can bravely search to find it on CD, you will find this beautiful Psalm 23 rendition in my blue Music Box to the right.  Please listen!

Note:  You may download MP3s of Keith Green’s music at various online sites.  The sites I frequent most are amazon, itunes, and sovereigngracemusic.com.

  3. It is such a testimony to Keith that so many people are in tears today remembering him today 28 years later. I know that Keith would “redirect” and point to the heavens acknowledging our Savior. That was Keith, (not that I knew him well), but I know his music and his LOVE for GOD. SOLD OUT!!! Right where we all need to be, especially in this day and age. God bless you all.

    • Tom,
Thank you for visiting my site and commenting!
Yes, Keith’s testimony and legacy continue all around the world! When my daughter served as a missionary in Ukraine, they sang his music in parks and young people were drawn to the Lord! And his words and life continue to convict me–like,
Make my life a prayer to you
I wanna do what you want me to
No empty words and no white lies
No token prayers no compromise !
      Amen!
