Buried in autumn’s hard clay

    dry, ugly, brown bulbs

greet spring with bursts  of colour!

One of our favourite times in Ottawa is the Tulip Festival held every May.. so this is our attempt to replicate a place and time in our own little spot in the world.

  1. Hi Linda, What a beautiful resurrection week post! My heart really jumped for joy just looking at the tulips of many colors. How perfect the timing of everything is, spring, Jesus rising from the dead, end of winter, early spring rains. Indeed the flowers over at your side of the globe are so beautiful!

  2. Linda,
Those shots are incredible! You know, just seeing them assures me of God’s amazing care for things we care about. If he knows how to clothe a field, it is quite reasonable to know he will clothe us, too.

BTW, those shots would make wonderful desktop backgrounds on my Linux boxes!!! 🙂

  3. Thank you both for your comments. Sorry for the delayed response–been doing some travelling. and yes, you may use the photos for your desktop 🙂 Thanks for asking!
    Blessings!! Linda

  4. Thanks a lot for dropping by in my blog just recently and I would say that your blog is great and Christ-centered!

Would it be okay If I could add you up in my blogroll?

    Thanks a lot.

    In Christ,

    Ronnie de Lara

  5. Ronnie,
Thank you for the comment and encouragement! I’d be honoured to be added to your blogroll, and I hope you won’t mind if I do the same?

    Blessings, Linda
